Freight

How your order travels.

  • Air freight

    5–8 days

    Best balance of cost and speed for orders from 20 kg upward. Most common for workshop restocking.

  • Sea freight

    25–40 days

    Lowest unit cost at volume. Port-to-port transit time varies by destination; we quote against your actual port.

  • Express courier

    3–5 days

    Door-to-door for samples and urgent single units. DHL, FedEx or UPS depending on destination.

  • Customer forwarder

    On request

    If you have a nominated forwarder, we deliver to their China warehouse at no extra charge.

Documentation

What arrives with the goods.

Export documentation is prepared in-house, so it matches the shipment and does not delay at the port. Tell us which tariff preference you are claiming and we will issue the corresponding certificate of origin.

What Incoterms does Zeshan Technology quote?

We quote EXW, FOB and CIF depending on destination and customer preference. FOB is the default for sea freight, CIF where the customer wants us to arrange carriage and insurance, and EXW for customers using their own forwarder.

What are the payment terms?

Standard terms for a first order are 30% deposit by T/T with the balance payable against the bill of lading. Established accounts can be extended 30-day net terms following a credit review.

How long does shipping take?

Air freight to Europe or North America typically runs 5 to 8 days in transit after dispatch. Sea freight runs 25 to 40 days depending on the destination port. Express courier is available for sample and urgent orders and is usually 3 to 5 days door to door.

Do you handle export documentation?

Yes. We prepare the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and bill of lading in-house. Certificates of origin can be issued as Form A, Form E or a standard CO depending on the destination and the tariff preference you are claiming.
