How we measure quality

A fuel injector is judged in microseconds.

Dimensional accuracy gets a part to the bench. What decides whether an engine runs smoothly, quietly and economically is the timing of the injection event — when the needle lifts, how far, and for how long. We capture that trace on every unit we ship.

INJECTION CHARACTERISTIC — CAPTURE CH1 needle lift · CH2 solenoid current
  • 01 Pilot injection A small pre-shot that raises cylinder temperature, cutting combustion noise and NOx.
  • 02 Main injection The primary charge. Needle lift and duration here set power output and fuel economy.
  • 03 Post injection A late pulse that burns off soot and drives regeneration of the particulate filter.

Traces shown are representative of our flow-test bench output. Per-unit capture records are available with shipment on request.

Capability

The machines decide the tolerance.

A fuel injector is a set of clearances measured in microns. Those clearances can only be held by equipment that was built to hold them, which is why our grinding, honing and assembly lines are sourced from Germany and Italy rather than rebuilt domestically.

Full capability list
  • BAHMÜLLER Germany · Precision grinding

Ultra-precision grinding of injector body and needle geometry. This is the operation that decides seat concentricity, and therefore spray symmetry.

  • LOCCIONI Italy · Final assembly

A temperature-controlled assembly line in a cleanroom environment, where components are matched and torqued to specification.

  • KADIA Germany · Honing

Internal honing of high-pressure bores. Bore finish governs leakage at rail pressure — the failure mode that shows up as rough idle.

  • Flow-test bench In-house · Validation

Computerised capture of the full injection characteristic. Every unit is flow-tested and back-leak verified, with the record retained against its part number.

Quality

What we test, and what we do with the failures.

Testing is only meaningful if it has consequences. Every injector is flow-tested and back-leak verified, and any unit that falls outside our flow tolerance is rejected outright — not re-graded, not sold as a lower tier.

  • 01 Incoming material inspection. Hardness and dimensional checks on every batch of needle, nozzle and body stock before it enters production.
  • 02 In-process control. Bore finish, seat concentricity and needle lift measured at the machine, against the tolerance for that part number.
  • 03 Flow test and back-leak. Full injection characteristic captured per unit. This is the check that catches what dimensional inspection cannot.
  • 04 Traceability. Test records retained against the part number, available with shipment on request.

Common questions

Answers, before you ask.

What does Zeshan Technology manufacture?

Zeshan Technology is a manufacturer of diesel common rail fuel injectors, based in Changsha, Hunan Province, China. We produce 414 injector part numbers in Denso-compatible formats, each cross-referenced to the OEM host number it replaces, and export them to aftermarket distributors, diesel repair workshops and engine rebuilders in more than 60 countries.

Are these injectors new or remanufactured?

Every injector we sell is new. We do not sell remanufactured or re-graded units. Each part is flow-tested and back-leak verified on our test benches before packing, and units that fall outside our flow tolerance are rejected rather than sorted into a lower grade.

How do I find the right part number for my engine?

You can search our catalog by either numbering system. Enter the number stamped on your original injector, or the OEM host number from the vehicle manufacturer, into the search on our homepage. If neither returns a match, send both numbers to our engineering desk — we cross-reference against live supplier stock daily and typically confirm availability within one working day.

What is the minimum order quantity?

We supply from a single unit for sample and evaluation orders. There is no minimum for a first order, and pricing is tiered at 10, 50 and 100+ pieces so that a trial order does not penalise you on unit cost.

Which production equipment do you use?

Our grinding and honing operations run on BAHMÜLLER ULTRA machines from Germany and KADIA honing systems, and final assembly runs on a LOCCIONI line from Italy in a temperature-controlled cleanroom. Each injector is validated on computerised flow-test benches that capture the full injection characteristic before dispatch.

Do you offer OEM and private-label manufacturing?

Yes. We produce under our own brand for stock, and under customer brands for distributors and workshops. Private-label work includes custom packaging, branded test records, and customer-specific part-number labelling. Minimum quantities for private label start at 100 pieces per part number.

What are your shipping and payment terms?

We quote FOB, EXW or CIF depending on destination. Standard payment terms for first orders are 30% deposit with the balance against the bill of lading; established accounts can be extended 30-day terms after review. We ship worldwide by air, sea and express courier, and handle all export documentation.

How long does delivery take?

Stocked part numbers are dispatched within 3 working days of payment confirmation. Non-stock items are typically produced and shipped within 15 working days. Air freight to Europe or North America runs 5 to 8 days in transit; sea freight runs 25 to 40 days depending on the port.
