Quality system
What we test, and what happens when it fails.
Testing is only worth anything if it has consequences. Every injector we ship passes a full flow test, and every unit that fails is scrapped rather than downgraded.
- 01
Incoming material inspection
Hardness, material grade and dimensional checks on every batch of needle, nozzle, body and solenoid stock before it is released to production. Material that does not meet specification is returned to the supplier — it does not enter the line to be sorted later.
- 02
In-process dimensional control
Bore finish, seat concentricity and needle lift are measured at the machine against the tolerance for that specific part number, not against a generic tolerance band. The grinding and honing cells are the reason these numbers hold.
- 03
Assembly in controlled conditions
Final assembly runs on the LOCCIONI line inside a temperature-controlled cleanroom. Contamination is the quiet killer of injector life, so components are cleaned and handled to a defined cleanliness standard before they are closed up.
- 04
100% flow and back-leak test
Every single unit — not a sample — is flow-tested and back-leak verified on a computerised bench that captures the full injection characteristic. This is the step that catches a dimensionally correct part whose spray behaviour is wrong.
- 05
Rejection, not re-grading
A unit outside flow tolerance is scrapped. It is not sold as B-grade, not refurbished, and not returned to stock. This is the policy that gives the test step its meaning; without it, testing is theatre.
- 06
Traceability
Test records are retained against part number and batch, and are available with shipment on request. If a customer reports a problem in the field, we can identify which production run the unit came from.
Honesty clause
What this page can and cannot prove.
It is easy to write "strict quality control" on a website. It is harder to be specific about the limits of what you are showing. We would rather be specific.
-
What we publish
Part numbers, OEM cross-references, the equipment our parts are made on, the sequence of inspections each unit passes, and what happens to units that fail.
-
What we do not publish
Per-part flow rates, tolerances and spray characteristics. We hold this data and supply it to customers on request, but we do not publish figures that a competitor could copy and we could not defend line-by-line on this page.
-
What we will never claim
A certification we do not hold, or a test we do not run. If a specification matters to your purchasing process, ask us for it directly and we will tell you exactly what we can and cannot provide.
Evidence
See it on the floor.
The test benches, the cleanroom assembly line and the grinding cells are all visible in our factory photography. If your purchasing process needs more than photographs, we welcome inspection — either by you directly, or by a third-party agency you appoint.
Common questions
Quality questions, answered
Is every fuel injector flow-tested before shipping?
Yes. Every injector Zeshan Technology ships is flow-tested and back-leak verified on a computerised bench that captures the full injection characteristic. Units that fall outside the specified flow tolerance are rejected and scrapped rather than re-graded or sold as a lower tier.
What happens to injectors that fail testing?
Failed units are rejected outright. Zeshan Technology does not re-grade rejected injectors into a secondary product line, and does not sell them as B-grade or refurbished stock. The rejection is recorded against the production batch.
Can I get the test record for my injectors?
Yes. Test records are retained against the part number and batch, and can be supplied with shipment on request. Tell us at the point of order if you need them included in the documentation package.
